Emergency First Aid at Work

The aims of this course are that participants should have the knowledge and practical skills to make an assessment of an emergency situation at work, be able to summon appropriate assistance and be able to administer basic first until the arrival of more qualified assistance.


  • Incident management
  • Incident reporting
  • First Aid Kits
  • Care of an unconscious casualty
  • Basic Life Support (CPR)
  • Casualty Assessment
  • Choking
  • Control of Bleeding
  • Recognition and treatment of shock
  • Questions (covering work specific issues)

On successful completion of the course and final assessment, the delegate will receive a recognised Emergency First Aid Certificate.
