Why volunteer?

Many of our staff started as volunteers and have gone on to our apprenticeship programmes or full time employment.

SUCCESS STORY

Tara joined as a volunteer, helping in the shop in 2011 and then employed for the summer, she will be joining our admin apprentice scheme shortly.
